Refund Policy & Terms of Agreement

By completing registration and/or submitting payment, the parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following terms for Nati Elite, Nati Elite Phenom, and The Hill Effect.

Payments & Refunds
All registration fees, team fees, training fees, deposits, and program payments are non-refundable once registration, enrollment, or a roster spot has been confirmed, unless otherwise stated for a specific program.

For team programs, accepting a roster spot represents a commitment to the program. Participants enrolled in a payment plan remain responsible for the full program balance, even if the athlete later withdraws, chooses not to participate, or is unable to complete the season.

For The Hill Effect training programs, camps, clinics, and multi-session packages, missed sessions are not eligible for refunds, credits, transfers, or prorated fees. Packages must be used within the designated program or package period unless otherwise stated.

Missed Activities
No refunds or prorated fees will be issued for missed practices, games, tournaments, training sessions, camps, clinics, or other scheduled activities due to personal scheduling conflicts, voluntary withdrawal, or non-attendance.

Schedule & Program Changes
Dates, times, locations, coaches, tournaments, games, and training schedules are subject to change when necessary. Reasonable schedule or location changes do not automatically qualify for a refund.

If Nati Elite, Nati Elite Phenom, or The Hill Effect cancels a program or session, families will be notified of any applicable rescheduling, account credit, alternative arrangement, or refund.

Exceptional Circumstances
Requests involving documented exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund, credit, or alternative arrangement is at the discretion of the organization and is not guaranteed.
